Le magasin subissait des pertes importantes en raison du vol d&rsquo;articles de grande valeur. La direction soup\u00e7onnait qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;un coup mont\u00e9 de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, mais ne disposait d&rsquo;aucune preuve concr\u00e8te lui permettant d&rsquo;identifier le coupable ou d&rsquo;intenter une action en justice.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9fi : un vol furtif dans un environnement surveill\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Le magasin \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9 de cam\u00e9ras de surveillance, mais celles-ci se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es inefficaces car le personnel connaissait leur emplacement et pouvait les \u00e9viter. Le d\u00e9fi \u00e9tait double : identifier le voleur parmi le personnel et capturer des preuves indiscutables du vol en action.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notre approche : Surveillance avanc\u00e9e et d\u00e9clenchement strat\u00e9gique<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Conscients de la complexit\u00e9 de la situation, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser une combinaison d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements techniques dissimul\u00e9s et de planification strat\u00e9gique pour inciter le voleur \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;action.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Surveillance dissimul\u00e9e :  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Nous avons install\u00e9 un \u00e9quipement de surveillance de pointe ind\u00e9tectable par le personnel du magasin. Ces dispositifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 positionn\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 couvrir les angles morts et d&rsquo;autres zones cl\u00e9s non visibles par les cam\u00e9ras existantes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 300;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Provocation strat\u00e9gique :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">  Sans d\u00e9voiler l&rsquo;ensemble de nos techniques, nous avons mis en \u0153uvre un plan visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une occasion qui inciterait le voleur \u00e0 agir de nouveau. Cela a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une planification minutieuse afin de donner l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e normale au magasin.\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La perc\u00e9e : Saisir le vol<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Notre strat\u00e9gie a port\u00e9 ses fruits. Le voleur, confiant en raison du manque apparent de surveillance dans certaines zones, a mordu \u00e0 l&rsquo;hame\u00e7on. Les objets retrouv\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 restitu\u00e9s au magasin et des poursuites judiciaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es contre l&rsquo;auteur des faits.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une r\u00e9solution r\u00e9ussie pour un probl\u00e8me d\u00e9licat<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Ce cas met en \u00e9vidence l&rsquo;expertise de True Investigation dans le traitement des cas sensibles de vol interne avec discr\u00e9tion et sophistication.
