L&rsquo;objectif \u00e9tait de recueillir le plus grand nombre possible d&rsquo;informations pertinentes afin de renforcer leur position devant le tribunal.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9fi : Une enqu\u00eate approfondie et multidimensionnelle<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">La t\u00e2che qui nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e9tait multiple et n\u00e9cessitait une approche d\u00e9taill\u00e9e. Le client avait besoin de savoir si la partie adverse avait des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents judiciaires susceptibles d&rsquo;\u00eatre pertinents pour l&rsquo;affaire.
